While I first met Paige at a Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Lobby Days Conference, I felt I already knew her. You see, Paige served as President of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division when I was just entering my second year of practice! Paige is a natural born leader: she is smart and driven, but also relatable and joyful. I endorse Paige as President-Elect for The Florida Bar because she has the skills necessary to keep experienced lawyers engaged while ensuring our young attorneys find value in bar service, continuing education, and social connection.

I have always known Paige to exhibit an unwavering commitment to professional ethics in her service to both clients and colleagues. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Paige for nearly a decade through our work with the Bar. She has served with distinction as a member of the Florida Bar Board of Governors for seven years, representing the 13th Circuit with integrity and purpose, and she is a former president of both the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and the Hillsborough County Bar Association, where she championed initiatives to support young lawyers, solo practitioners, and underrepresented voices in the legal community. Her work with the Business Law and Solo & Small Firm Sections reflects her deep understanding of the diverse needs of Florida’s legal professionals. Paige has been a dedicated member of the Florida Bar BOG and has worked tirelessly to improve the practice of law for all Florida Bar members. In my role as former president of  the Florida Bar Foundation, now known as Funding Florida Legal Aid, I had the privilege of working closely with Paige through her efforts to expand and strengthen legal aid across Florida.  What struck me immediately—and what continues to define her leadership—is how deeply people trust her. That trust isn’t given lightly; she earns it, every step of the way.  Paige is trusted because she listens—genuinely and without agenda. She does her homework, takes the time to understand complex issues, and approaches challenges with both humility and resolve. In her work to improve the lives of low-income and vulnerable Floridians, she didn’t just advocate—she asked how the system could work better and then helped make it happen. She’s steady under pressure, transparent in her decision-making, and always follows through. When Paige gives you her word, you can count on it.  She never compromises on principle. That reliability, combined with her fairness and deep respect for the legal profession, makes her someone people turn to—not just for leadership, but for guidance. Paige Greenlee is the kind of leader we need now: a principled visionary who is collaborative and trusted by those who know the stakes of our justice system best. I have come to know Paige through my many years of attending Florida Bar events, including meetings of the Florida Bar Board of Governors when I was President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Paige has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to the Florida Bar.  She has served on the Board of Governors since 2018, Chaired the Communications Committee, Co-Chaired the Disciplinary Review Committee, and Chaired the Technology Committee.  Paige has also been honored twice with The Florida Bar President’s Award of Merit for her significant contributions. Paige would make a great President of the Florida Bar.

Paige and I served together on a Florida Bar Grievance Committee. She is honest, dedicated, and hard working - just what we need in a leader.

Having worked with Paige as a lawyer and colleague in the past, and knowing Paige as a person for over two decades now, I know she has the heart, drive and experience to serve as our next President of the Florida Bar. She has earned the privilege to serve through her voluntary service to multiple Bar associations over the years, and through her service to our community at-large.

I have witnessed Paige's exceptional leadership firsthand through her dedicated service on multiple Florida Bar initiatives, including the Leadership Academy, the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Technology Committee. Her ability to effectively lead across such diverse areas of the Bar demonstrates both her versatility and her deep commitment to advancing the legal profession in Florida. Paige's proven track record of collaborative leadership and her forward-thinking approach make her uniquely qualified to guide the Florida Bar into the future.

I have sought legal counsel from Paige on a few different occasions. I am familiar with her involvement in leadership within the Florida Bar and its sections/committees. I believe she has the attributes and acumen to be a strong leader.

Paige  and I have worked on many Bar and public service initiatives, including board  service on FFLA f/k/a the Florida Bar Foundation. When Paige commits, she does so unconditionally while rising to leadership with unmatched skill and determination. The Florida Bar will enjoy considerable success under Paige’s leadership.

Paige is a fantastic dynamic person who has dedicated herself career to helping others. We met through VBA work and conferences where her wisdom and passion showed up each and every day.

As a past president of the Volusia County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, past president of the Volusia County Bar Association, and a former elected and appointed board member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, I had the honor and privilege of working with, and getting to know, Paige. She is a fantastic person, an outstanding lawyer, and an incredible advocate for our profession. Paige is a phenomenal leader; she is dedicated to breaking barriers and does not just talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion, but takes action on it. She was president of the Hillsborough County Bar Association during COVID and had interesting events, and made time to talk to me about reaching out to students and myself about different outreach programs to make sure lawyers and law students in our community who felt isolated could have a place to each out.

Paige has been dedicated to the Florida Bar and to our profession for the entirety of her legal career. It would be hard to find another bar leader with such an expansive history of service to The Florida Bar from the YLD and through her years in big law through her current solo practice and years on the Board of Governors. Paige has always gone above and beyond both locally and statewide in an impressive and dedicated manner. Paige shows up and does the work. She gives selflessly of her time and energy and will make a difference as Florida Bar President. She has all of my support and encouragement in the journey ahead.

I have known Paige for more than a decade. Throughout that time, she has always devoted literally any spare moment that she has to the betterment of The Florida Bar and the attorneys in Florida. She focuses on the tough problems and works to find resolutions. She has served on or chaired too many committees to count for our Bar, and is a past president of her local Bar as well. As a small firm owner myself, I know she understands the challenges and needs that lawyers like me face, and I feel confident that she is looking out for the nearly half of attorneys in our state who work at or own small firms. Furthermore, her vast leadership experience at the local and statewide levels make her the only convincing candidate to lead our state. There is no better person for this job.
